Prices in New Zealand dollars, excluding any applicable tax. Vatu figures are indicative at ≈ 70 VUV per NZD. Vanuatu clients can be invoiced in round Vatu.
Card, through Stripe
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, handled by Stripe over a secure connection. VatuPay never sees or stores your card details.
International direct debit
Straight from a business account if you would rather not use a card. Your bank's international transfer fees apply and are not included in the subscription price.

Who gets the 7-day free trial?
The trial runs for seven days with every feature switched on, and it is offered on the Micro and Starter plans. On the larger tiers we set you up properly instead: get in touch and we'll walk your first pay run through with you.
Can VatuPay be customised for how we work?
Yes. If your business needs customisable options to run payroll, contact us and we can build customisable options for you, whether that is a bank format we don't ship yet, a pay run mode that matches your rosters, or a module shaped around your operation.
How do we pay for it?
By card through Stripe, which handles the payment securely and means VatuPay never sees or stores your card details. If you would rather pay from a business account, we also take international direct debit, though your bank's transfer fees apply on top of the subscription.
Why are prices in New Zealand dollars?
VatuPay is a product of Bryder Holdings Limited, a New Zealand company, so the list price is set in NZD. Vanuatu clients can be invoiced in round Vatu at the prevailing rate. The Vatu figures shown here use an indicative 70 VUV per NZD.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone on your staff list who can appear in a pay run. Move up or down a tier as you hire or scale back. You're not locked into the size you started at.
Do you take a cut of the payroll?
No. The subscription is the whole price, whatever the size of the pay run. VatuPay does not move your money. It produces the file you upload to your own bank.
Which banks are supported?
National Bank of Vanuatu, BRED Bank Vanuatu and Wanfuteng Bank today, each in that bank's own bulk-payroll layout. If you bank somewhere else, send us the template your bank accepts and we'll add it. The pay run data is the same either way.
What happens when VNPF rates change?
You change them in Settings, and they apply to new runs. Runs you have already finalised keep the rates they were created with, so your history never quietly rewrites itself.
More than 500 employees?
Get in touch and we'll price it properly. Fleet-scale payroll is the same product, just with more people in it.
